No-nos when approaching funders? Don’t wait until deadline. Don’t give used salesman approach. If you’re trying to meet someone, have a real conversation. Most people willing to give small degree of time. - @CorribEnt
Approaching producers? Cold emails don’t usually work. SWIMMERS an exception. Know who you’re approaching. Give the best possible version of the script. Figure out what you have in common. - @KatieBirdNolan
