Art is always powerful in times like this. The message & impact of an image can inspire people to act.

But non-black artists: your well intended, even earnest art can read as empty, opportunistic oppression fanart. The least you need to do is attach a call to action to your art
Make downloadable high res files of your art available for protest signs.

Sell prints/stickers/etc and donate EVERY cent of profit to groups involved in protester bail, racial inequality, black causes, etc. DO NOT profit off the slogans of the oppressed/images of the dead
But most of all, make sure you are uplifting the expressions and voices of black artists. Retweet their work. Share what they're creating and how they're feeling. You don't need to add anything to it. You don't have to say anything. Spreading our voices is more than enough.
This is of course applies to art about police violence, black lives matter, social issues, etc. Continue to create whatever other art as you usually would. But if you make the decision to take on the subjects of black pain & issues, do so respectfully and constructively.
