Its biggest weakness was always segregation. It& #39;s a progressive city in a blue state that sucks at combatting racism. https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2018/11/19/minneapolis-ranked-among-nations-worst-cities-for-black-residents/">https://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2018/11/1...
Nice white Scandinavian Lutheran Democrats live in South Minneapolis and Northeast and never visit North Minneapolis. Non-white immigrants live in the East Lake St neighborhoods (where the 3rd Precinct is, or, er, was). https://streets.mn/2017/11/20/map-monday-two-maps-showing-minneapolis-racial-segregation/">https://streets.mn/2017/11/2...
The nice white Scandinavian Lutheran Democrats don& #39;t like racism, and vote for Keith Ellison and Ilhan Omar, but are more complacent than not. (If I& #39;m being honest, this includes me 12 years ago.)
