Anarchists have four choices when it comes to eradicating the state. It's important to know and evaluate all of them in light of what's happening.

1. Sporadic attacks against the enemy, be it corporate types regulating out businesses and using slavery and theft , or government. This is similar to what your seeing now, but far more targeted and specific.

This will have you branded as terrorists by the media, the people, and the government. It's not safe. People die. There is a more peaceful alternative. The most effective and peaceful option is the best, and this isn't it.

2. Collapsitarianism
Without the infrastructure or informed populace a state will be re-elected. This is likely to get very horrific in the months leading to collapse as the government grows more tyrannical and horrible- again, there is a more peaceful solution.

3. Politics
You can't control the government. Due to perverse incentives, government will always grow. At best voting keeps the most harmful policies away for a little while. At worst it spreads the delusion that you can control government.

4. Agorism
Using peaceful transactions to take down the state, only ever using violence in self defense. This method is peaceful, effective, and ideologically consistent.

Summary:
Applauding the sporadic attack method is a dangerous game. You will win no allies, and you will be dealt with far more harshly than an agorist. This can only lead to escalation and more violence.
Where peace is an option, it is an obligation.
