Governor Walz has stated that he doesn’t intend to fully reopen the state until there is a vaccine available.

I suspect that the deep state is capitalizing on #GeorgeFloyd’s unjust death with the #MinneapolisRiots to inflate numbers of Covid cases and deaths in order to publicly justify keeping the state of MN closed down and make a strong case for #MailInVoting.
