It is at this moment in history that you choose a side

You are either against the tyranny of a corrupt government that murders black people or you support it.

There is no apolitical stance.
There is no neutral ground.

Silence in the face of oppression is consent.
What comes next will not be comfortable or safe for anyone involved, and it may not end well. In fact, it probably won't.

But when I say "anyone involved," I mean everyone, because we are at a tipping point where nobody can be uninvolved any longer. We are all in this.
A few days after I came out as trans, an old friend told me "it's okay to be scared, you're being reborn, and birth is scary."

Change is scary. Change is terrifying. Change is uncomfortable. Change is by definition foreign, different, unpredictable.

It's also necessary.
You don't have to be on the front lines of this fight. You don't have to put your body in the way of bullets.

But you ARE in this fight. We are ALL in this fight. Fight any way you know how, even if it's just retweeting people, passing on information, checking facts.
If the best way you can fight is to run D&D sessions for people who need a few hours of peace, do it.

If the best way you can fight is to produce happiness and entertainment in a hostile world, do it.

Every good party needs a Bard to keep their spirits up, after all.
A better world won't come if we don't stand up and fight for it. Nobody is coming to rescue us. We are going to have to do it ourselves, any way we can.

All these years, you've followed me here because, I like to think, you believe in me.

Well guess what? I believe in you too.
