/ Worry about constant murdering of black people in America (Especially black trans women!) and less about vandalism. 98% of protests are peaceful and violence does not define a movement.

/ I watched live video of the protests last night and can& #39;t help but notice that a lot of the people violently protesting where white men. You can literally see it in the footage.
/ If you did not send angry tweets/texts about men storming the Michigan capital with death and rape threats against the Gov, yelling about needing massages or to go shopping, we don& #39;t need to hear your ill-informed boring ass opinion on this.
/ If you think you know it all, you don& #39;t. Now is the time to LISTEN. And hold @realDonaldTrump accountable for asking that there be *more* violence on his twitter, when he was just praising protesters in Michigan a few weeks ago.
/ To be a good ally, shut your mouth and learn. Stand up for the black community by speaking out against racism the SECOND you hear it no matter who it makes uncomfortable. I have certainly had to have some DAMN awkward conversations. And look, I am still alive.
/ If you "want America back to decency" you have to have some responsibility in getting it there. Ask how to help instead of telling people to be civil. Civility only works for one demographic in this country.
/ And most of all, don& #39;t make oppressed groups teach you about the horrific history in this country. I happen to work in a library and libraries are HAPPY to give you books and resources.
As I said before, just learn and listen and intervene if you are a bystander that can.

/ If you still feel like arguing with me about all this there is a billion percent chance that I don& #39;t care if I offended you nor do I want to hear from you.
