Mpls. Fire Chief John Fruetel chose to appear with Don Lemon on CNN at the height of the arson splurge-- and then had to be told by Lemmon that a police precinct was on fire.

Then Donald Trump threatens to send in the National Guard--something that had already been done--and to have looters shot.

It's not just the police who need their culture examined. De-escalation is something that needs to be pursued by all levels of government, right up to the President.
