Been hearing a lot about the drive to get wheelchair users to be more active, wheeling places whether using the basic chair or a hand cycle attachment. I'm all for it but the quality of the roads & pavements has to be upgraded first. Just wheeled around Camden & I'm in agony.

No one can appreciate the pain caused by being thrown around by pot holes, cracked paving or ridiculous cambers. It must hurt cyclists but in a wheelchair you get it in 3d.
Even with Frogs Legs casters & mountain bike tyres every bump is like having nails driven into your back.
