Acknowledging privelage & doing the most you can in your means to change things doesn’t mean you don’t have struggle & no one is saying that. White queer people, including white trans people, we NEED to do the most we can to speak up for and protect POC

For white queer folx our lives are in less direct danger, our physical and financial safety is likely more secure and it is PARAMOUNT that we don’t sit still and silent at this time using our own struggles as an excuse

I’m not trying to say disphoria & the safety threat posed by passing/not passing isn’t real for trans folks Im just trying to reiterate how much safer and more supported we often find ourselves and how important it is to do something with that safety and that platform.
