a part of my personality is being VERY vocal on my opinion with how the government uses their power so let me use my voice once more.

this bill takes filipinos' rights to protest and rally about the injustices in the system.

im stating some articles and sections of the p/h consti. to prove a point.

im not sure if everything i say is right but it is what i believe and im so done with this circus of a government.

this bill literally is the OPPOSITE OF THE 1987 PH/LIPPINE CONSTITUTION.

ARTICLE III
BILL OF RIGHTS.

SECTION 1:
look at the information about the bill above. it fucking states that anyone- if suspected to be a threat- can be apprehended.

it states under artucle iii section one that NO ONE should be deprived of LIFE, LIBERTY, OR PROPERTY without DUE PROCESS. this is already violated with EJK,, now they want to make it official and make it a bill???

SECTION 2:
UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES OF WHATEVER NATURE SHALL BE INVIOLABLE.

the terr/or bill is going to allow the complete opposite. it will allow the fucking police to arrest and search one's house without warrant.

SECTION 4:
lol. this one's FULLY fucking disregarded. im fucking tired of them SILENCING OUR VOICES.

im so done with this go/vernment being SO FUCKING THREATENED THAT THEY DO THIS SHIT. AND LOOK AT WHO FUCKING SIGNED THE BILL. A RAPIST SIGNED IT. A DESCENDANT OF A DICTATOR SIGNED IT. A FUCKING BOXER SIGNED IT. AND A FUCKING POLICEMAN WITHOUT ANY EDUCATION SIGNED IT.

in con-fucking-clusion stop silencing the filipinos' voices because you're scared of their power. may i fucking remind you that the last time our right to speech was disregarded, tens and thousands of people marched up to mal/cañang and took whats rightfully theirs.
