After learning about Emmett Till's death in 2015 I will forever fight for justice for black people. The most heart breaking story: a 14 year old boy was brutally murdered because he was accused of saying 'bye baby' to a white woman when he left a sweet shop. #BlackLivesMatter 
The woman at the store Carolyn Bryant accused Emmett of grabbing her and wolf whistling at her. So her husband and her brother took Emmett who was staying at home with his great uncle.
His murder was brutal, they made him carry a 75 pound fan to the bank of the river where they then ordered him to take all his clothes off. They then gauged his eyes out, mutilated his body, shot him in the head, tied the fan to him with barbed wire and threw him into the river.
It then went to court and they were found "not guilty." Later in 2017 Carolyn Bryant admitted that Emmett has never touched or harassed her. "Nothing that boy did could ever justify what happened to him."
In 1955 a 14 year old innocent black boy was brutally murdered because he was accused of wolf whistling at a white woman. So yes I will forever fight for black people to have justice, for about 400 years now innocent people have been murdered. Why? Because they are black.
