instead of focusing on the millions of filipinos affected by COVID-19, the philippine government decides to prioritize the silencing of the public. even innocent citizens can be labeled terrorists if they are suspected of being critical of the state. #JunkTerrorBill #ResistAsOne
people can be suspected of being terrorists if they are caught bringing sharp or dangerous objects, donating to organizations not headed by the state, joining rallies/protests, posting or sharing content (even MEMES) that they consider terrorist-related, and even GROUP GATHERING.

the proposed penalty of this bill is 12 years up to lifetime sentence of imprisonment. people who are accused of being terrorists can be detained without a case filed against them for up to 24 days. #JunkTerrorBill #ResistAsOne
