Britain being gone changes it in a few ways. The critics have less weight. The frugal four may wield vetoes, but they are 42m. Plus some governments sit in coalition with europhilic colleagues, watering down opposition.
Other big change is that One Size Fits All EU is back on table. Assumption was that the eurozone would be vehicle for deeper integration. Now Britain, most weirdly shaped member, has left.
There is still going to be a big old brawl.
