Here is a Plea. Can we please remember that back in March/April all of us in all sectors were learning on the job about a scary unfolding situation most of us had never seen before and were acting in good faith and doing our best in the circumstances and with the knowledge we had

there *are* certain things where it is legit to be "wise after the event" - those elements of preparedness and response where plenty of people with expertise were critical at the time and good advice/procedures were ignored but lots of other stuff was good people in good faith
