in the middle of the pandemic, the philippine govt prioritizes passing a law that threatens the lives of innocent people instead of proposing medical solutions. the law entails a very wide and vague definition of "acts of terrorism". what does this mean?

this means anyone who merely exercises their freedom of speech and right to peaceful assembly can be considered by the state as terrorists. even criticizing the govt is enough to be a basis. which is obv against our constitutional rights!
