Then MCA has refused to heed several reminders that he had promised to account for the previous ward allocation of 45 million by Friday last week.

After a week of relentless calls to account for previous budget, the MCA has taken to blocking certain people from posting on the group. I was wondering why it had gone silent for the last three days when this morning two people side barred me asking me to post somthing on this.
