i think we can safely say that Martin Luther King's dream is dead, and will remain dead for the foreseeable future.
black and white people will always hate each other. forever.
it will never get better.
black people seem to think that if one of their own is killed, it is okay to burn down their own neighborhood.
thats fine. go ahead, burn down your own neighborhood. what do I care? its not MY neighborhood.
is it "racist" for me not to care about what you do? probably.
here's the thing: as far as I can see, I will ALWAYS be a racist in your eyes. so why should I care anymore? whats the point? you will hate me and blame me for your problems no matter what I do.
the best thing for me is to keep my head down and stay out of your sight.
me even saying this out loud endangers my twitter account, i've made myself a target, and thats kinda the point.
any black person can make any white person's life unlivable any time they like. just call the white person a racist. done. over.
you think thats an exaggeration? check out this lady. she flipped out once and now she's done. unemployable forever. no forgiveness. no sympathy. shes now racist scum and therefore outcast.
white people get the message. why do you think we always act so nervous around you?
"well just dont be racist"
whats racism? really what is it? tell me. as far as I can tell it means:
if a non-white does something bad, its racist to draw a general conclusion
if a white person does something bad, its racist NOT to draw a general conclusion.
i know if this thread, God forbid, goes viral, it will be portrayed as whining and moaning about nothing. fine, whatever. I mean, I'm white so I'm already a potential racist so I might as well describe what I observe. You're gonna hate me no matter WHAT i do.
does this mean i don't care about the plight of black people? well of course I care. But I can't do a thing about it. moreover, if I TRIED to do anything I'll probably get called racist for...reasons... so why stick my neck out.
i got my own worries and problems and kids to feed.
