Literally, Gov. Seyi Makinde has fulfilled most of his promise(s) during and after the campaign.

Education.
First time in the history of SouthWest that 22.4% of budget will go to Education. H.E., increased the funding of education sector to 22.4% in the State budget.
Gov. Seyi Makinde approved the sum of N500,000 to be paid as bursary to each Oyo State indigene at the Law School.
Also disbursed some millions to bring back LAUTECH to its positive track in the history.
Gov. Seyi Makinde commissioned model schools. He has continued to prioritise education and alongside with the infrastructural projects.
Infrastructure
Governor Seyi Makinde led administration dedicated one-quarter of 2020 budget to infrastructural development.
Some projects in the State are;
The Saki township dualization, the project that has been abandoned for years.
Above second frame we have the Dugbe - Ekotedo Access bank road.
These are Beere to Akan road and
the complete overlay of premises of Premier hotel, mokola Ibadan.

Health
Governor Seyi Makinde commissioned an equipped operating theatre, radiography unit and medical laboratory of Adeoyo State Hospital, Ibadan.
Governor Seyi Makinde acquired 10 new ambulances for the State Ministry of Health.
The ambulances is said to be distributed across zones in the State to support emergency centre response.
Security

Governor Seyi Makinde led administration have started the Light Up Oyo Project in Ibadan and this project will be extended to other cities in the State as it was included in the 2020 budget.
Gov. Seyi Makinde led admin launched 615 as the emergency number of Oyo State and also make provision for 100 Kia Rio automatic transmission executive patrol vehicles to make security agencies in the State more responsive to emergencies as promised during the campaign.
Governor Seyi Makinde commissioned an additional Police Mobile Force Squadron which commenced operations at Ago-Are in Oke-Ogun.
Also he supported the idea of Amotekun, a regional outfit to help curb the insecurity in South West region.
Employment

Gov. Seyi Makinde has approved the recruitment of 7,000 teachers, 2,000 non-teaching staff, 1600 Night-guards into the Post-Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission, (TESCOM).
Governor Seyi Makinde upgraded moribund quarry and asphalt plant. This will now generate funds for the government and the concessionaire, create jobs for our people and also, produce the asphalt we need for road projects in the state.
Ministries and Policies

Governor Seyi Makinde created
Ministry of Energy. This is to make provision for adequate supply of energy within the State. Also there's an ongoing energy audit on how to generate renewable energy from water, solid minerals and wind within the State.
Agriculture

Gov. Seyi Makinde led administration target to boost the State economy during this pandemic & post-Covid-19 through agriculture.
H.E., approved N7.6billion towards Eruwa and Akufo farm settlements.
Governor Seyi Makinde Launched Oyo State intervention support for 10,00 vulnerable farmers in response to the Covid 19 Food Security Emergency.
Workers and Pensioners Welfare.
Gov. Seyi Makinde has continued to prioritise the welfare of the State workers.
H.E. approved N280 million as payment of gratuity to retired civil servants, and
N1.1 billion as payment of gratuity to retired primary teachers and Local Gov't.
