Persia, a country which turned into an Islamic nation called Iran after Islamic invasion.

Egypt, a country which also turned into an Islamic nation after the invasion of Islam.

Many countries are exploited and going through gradual conversion to Islam even as of now .

Have you ever wondered why India has not been converted into an Islamic nation even after centuries of Islamic rule?

India has faced subsequent Islamic invasion for centuries but Hinduism has always shown its resistance.

The Mughal rulers made it very clear with their acts of destroying thousands of Hindu temples and Sikh Gurudwaras. Forceful conversions of Hindus and seizing the lives of those who did not want to convert turned into their purpose.

When forceful conversions did not seem enough , different sets of taxes were introduced for Hindus to pressurise them financially for conversion.

Whenever , in the past Islamic forces tried to suppress Hinduism, there was always a resistance and because of that resistance, Hinduism has persisted through all those centuries of brutal oppressions and humiliation .Not to our surprise, India still has a 79.8% Hindu population.

So how is this even possible ?
We have a Shloka in Hinduism from which beautifully explains the above , which says “Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah.”

The meaning of this Shloka is “If you protect Dharma, Dharma will protect you.”
Hinduism believes in tolerance and acceptance but if in danger , we know how to fight back and hit harder .

I am proud to belong to a religion which has taught the world tolerance and universal acceptance. We not only believe in universal toleration but we accept all religion as true.
