i’ve only seen yt people promote the #BlackOutDay2020 what do the POC have to say about this? i have a feeling they don’t want yts to have a reason to be silent.

do black people want another empty void to scream into? i’m genuinely asking. if this would be helpful, then i’m on board. but all the black people i know are exhausted as fuck from all of this and need someone else to carry the burden of education & conversation so they can heal
