I didn’t think he was planning to before, bc he said he was gonna put a BW on SCOTUS too many times for me to think a BW would get the VP slot too. I can see Joe picking Susan Rice. He’s seen her work on a natl & intl level under GOP attack. Theyve worked together and could hit the ground running on Day 1. She’s a no malarkey straight talker too. He’d trust Rice to be the last one in the room advising him b4 a big decision.

Given the urgent work and clean up job he has to do after Trump, I dont see Biden picking a VP he has to build rapport w and learn to trust delegating to. We dont hv time for that. He knows Rice, knows how she works, she knows him. They’d be an effective team at home and abroad.

No shade on Kamala, Val or my shero Stacey. Susan Rice just makes sense given her work history w Biden and the work Biden and his VP have to do immediately to rebuild. We dont have time for get to know you’s. Let Obama’s old crew get back in there, clean stuff up and get it done.
