The horrible fact here is that while she didn't prosecute such complaints against officers, Klobuchar, well, she prosecuted a flawed case against Myon Burrell here:

Back on Track and the fact she slow-walked the CJ system re: the truancy case (when parents of truant children are supposed to be jailed), instead she just forced them to get (and fortunately) receive aid from the state.
