A very sad night for #Denver and #America. What started as completely peaceful assembly was escalated by Denver Police. Citizens were peacefully assembling at the Capitol when the police decided to spray people directly to the face w/ pepper spray & shoot in the back w/ pellets.

As you could imagine things went downhill from there. Totally unnecessary escalation by the City. Very disappointed.
