even the most patient human being wouldn't stay just peacefully protesting until now. Remember, europeans bought and stole ppl from Africa as if they're not ppl, imprisoned them, sold them as objects to ppl who abused them to de*th

I'm not just talking about the forced labor, I'm talking marking their skin with fire, whiping their skin of off them, cutting their limbs off, rap*ng them and Much More. AND EVEN THEN, they just waited for it to end. For the most, they did it peacefully. +
They didn't talked back. They kept feeding, dressing and raising their "owner"(?) 🤢 kids. Do you rly want to imagine what they could've done if they responded that violence with violence, and attacked back? Those ppl had their lives obliterated and were still peaceful. +
their fcking identities were destroyed, they were dehumanized!!! and the ones who did it never took responsibility! Hypocrites! They want ppl to still be peaceful?
once finally freed, they tried to get jobs and coexist and guess what? they faced more violence, more prejudice and, yup, they kept trying to keep it peaceful. They even learnt their "incarcerators" (ig that's a more fitting word) habits. +

e.g my greatgrandma, married to my greatgrandpa, a black man, but she was racist against black ppl. you see how fckd up this is? she called my dad monkey. Her daughter was darker than her.
there are many expressions to this day that are still racist and were normalized.
I had distant "cousins" who commented that I have a "slave head" cos THE SHAPE OF THE BACK MY SKULL! It means apparently that I can tie a piece of fabric in my head and work in the fields or in the kitchen. tf? Bro I'm whiter than u and even if I wasn't that doesn't make sense. +
Honestly this memory just came to slap my in the face rn... Was I supposed to feel offended? Were they trying to offend me? idk but anyway
If anything I'm proud to have my ancestors mixing up, it means they married for love instead of race
I mean they weren't racist against me cos you can't be racist against white ppl (and yeah I consider myself white cos I was born with privilege and my white ass skin and the europeans back in my lineage) but I believe they were racist to my other ancestors. Am I wrong? f*ckers...
never forget #BlackLivesMatter
This "recent" anger is justified. Even the ones who fought back barely scratched the surface of the institutions who were against them. Most black ppl still choose to be peaceful. +
Even when some of them weren't, look how many stuff they went through without retaliation. I'm not saying they should k*ll whites. Heck, I'm a 70%? more? white brazilian girl. I just wonder... What does it take for the "powerful" to finally listen? When will it happen? +
Will it take a violent revolution to make them stop pretending they can't hear the masses? Do they need the bl00d of their own on their hands to listen?

Maybe that's too much. Or is it? If they "allowed" black people to win peacefully, that'd be a stunning achievement.
Maybe they want this? Maybe they know they're wrong, but a part of them can't accept it? Maybe they want us to stop them?

as I said, I'm full on thinking about a whole bigger institution now, you can mute this.

Every number at the "police brutality" statistics was a person.
I'm still just babbling..
What if this huge institution is bored and are trying to stir up anger for their entertainment? I want them to never realize when their time comes.

Anyway, my limited knowledge of life as a 20 smth y/o still allows me to be hopeful for a better future
