i grew up in a black community and I’m tired of seeing officers taking lives... INNOCENT lives ! to all my non black mutuals, I’m paying attention to your silence. some people make it seem like they’re too cool or too raw to speak.. but understand there’s a constant injustice
...constant oppression, constant lives being mean taken. everybody feels free to post about on their stories and tweet about it, but where’s the action ? where’s the steps to change? everyone’s feels as tho “it ain’t happening to me” until it does. the fear of being with your-
white friend and you being the only POC in the car when y’all get pulled over? see that’s a conversation no one is really ready for. now honestly.. speak up, it’s about that time and this is a cycle that can’t keep continuing!
people are having children, bringing lives into this world! teaching their children to be hateful. people are preaching hate CONSTANTLY! not in defense. there is no equality.. same as my fellow mexicans/latinos.. the white people are held above every race.
this is all my opinion because of what i see in a day to day basis. a white person can shoot up w school and get sent to a mental facility, while a POC shoots a K-9 for attacking them in fear for their life and get sentenced to life ? you can’t just ignore this.. you cannot-
it’s THERE! and y’all can be blind and disrespectful but you know and we see.. so what are we going to do about it ?! can i get an amen.
