I love your airline but my flight from LAX to Chicago was really unfortunate.

Floor where my backpack was- soaked! I woke up from a six hour nap to find the back of my backpack wet all the way through.

The laptop pocket is closest to the back and was drenched. Currently it will not turn on.

My backpack smells suspiciously of pee and this dog in the seat in front of me was wandering pretty freely around the seats in front of me.

My computer is my work station now with the work from home, work from remote situation. And I am devestated.

The stewards gave me towels but were fairly dismissive telling me ‘They floor is dry’

Yes because after six hours of laying in a puddle my backpack is the sponge that soaked it all up.

Before you ask yes I have a water bottle and it was not in the backpack.

My backpack is still wet and all my belongings are in plastic bags for the rest of my travels until my backpack is dry enough to use.

In addition I am now on my connection flight where a number of the passengers are not wearing masks.
