Many people may not see this but:
•I acknowledged my skin protects me
•All lives can’t matter until Black Lives Matter!
•The justice system is completely fucked.
• I see you and I stand by you.
• Too many innocent lives are being lost.

I know that my skin acts as a shield, I know that my skin will give me benefits in life. I know and see that others do not have this in their favor. Nobody’s skin is a depiction of whom they are. Black people should not have to live in fear because of the skin they were born with

To those of you who shout “but all lives matter” please keep in mind that that would entail that everyone is already equal, when that is false. There are disparities between white people and people of color and if you don’t see it, you are part of the problem.

I know the justice system is fucked in more ways than one. And honestly it’s our whole government. Innocent people are dying and being sentenced to jail daily just because of their skin and the government and police are huge factors in this issue.

On top of that there are issues where a white person has been arrested with drugs in their car and get little to no jail time in comparison to a black person. And it’s honestly a huge issue, because that is NOT equality.

I do my best to know what is going on in society. Lately there have been a lot of talk about all of these innocent black people being killed. I can’t imagine their families pain nor can I imagine your fear. But I will stand with you.

Please take your time and educate yourself if you do not know or understand the racial disparity that is plaguing innocent peoples lives. (Links in next tweet)
