1) Read essays, not articles

Essays are the lifeblood of online learning where smart people assert ideas. Articles are factual blurbs.

Find someone publishing that you like and branch out from there.

Be the architect of a community of teachers made just for you.
2) Click on all the links

Click all links for authors, references, source materials, etc.

This is where you find the best info that inspires further research.

This is practicing childlike curiosity which you need to keep learning.
3) Get into notes

No one is above notes. Reading can be a waste of time without them.

Note anything that mildly interests you.

4) Share what you've learned

Find a community to engage with online so you're learning in public.

Even better, write about what you learn so you're sharing.
