If you’ve been feeling shit the last couple of months don’t worry.

On and off, I’ve been hampered by existential dread, ennui, & political rage.

There’s a lot going on!

If you’re finding it hard to deal with, please speak to your GP or a medical professional for advice.
You don’t have to struggle through it on your own.

If you feel the pressure slowly increasing, speak to someone about it before it gets worse! :)

Yes getting feels like an insurmountable barrier sometimes, but it’s not a failure.
If you and your GP have a chat and they suggest medication as a way forward, you haven’t failed.
You’d take tablets for another illness, why not a mental illness?

I suffer from depression and anxiety & it took years before I spoke to a GP about it. Don’t do what I did.
If your GP isn’t the most sympathetic to mental health issues, you could speak to someone else in the practice. You could even change GP. In some areas of the UK depending on your health needs you can register with an app-based GP “GP at hand”
Everyone’s situation is different, and people can react differently to different treatments.

If you’re feeling shit don’t do it in silence. Let a friend/family member know, maybe ask them to check up on you.
