All joking a side - There are genuine security risks with the track and trace system as it is.

Phone numbers and text messages can be easily spoofed. Can anyone be sure a call they receive is genuine? What security measures are in place?
Message up to now has always been “Don’t give out personal data to unsolicited callers”. Is this now irrelevant advice?

What background checks are being done on the callers? Could OCG infiltrate the call centres? What measures are in place to stop them going off script?
What about stalkers and DA perps abusing the track and trace system to obtain victims details from unwitting friends and family? Has this been considered? @laurarichards99 @Dontlookback198 @ZDronfield
