a thread to help with anxiety, stress, or self-depreciation.
with all of the recent news and events occurring , i wanted to make this thread, inspired by @ICARUSXWALLS thread, because i know a lot of people are struggling right now, including myself.

here are some charts with things that will help better your situation and things to avoid. i recommend yoga as well too, if you do it right and follow the breathing suggested it helps a lot and is very refreshing.
sometimes fresh air is the best solution too. stepping outside, appreciating little things such as birds or bugs or flowers or trees, something to bring you back down to earth and allow your body to find serenity.
find something you love. or do something you love. if you love to color do that, if you love to play or listen to music do that, if you like to bike do that. and appreciate things about yourself while you do that as well.
connect with people. real people in your life who you love and love you. it is hard during times where you have to social distance to stay in touch but once you are feeling better, please reach out to people. in the long run, talking to people really helps.
remember that you matter. you are not alone, you don’t have to go through this alone. people love you and you matter so so much.
i really hope this helps a little bit. i don’t want to draw attention away from any blm stuff going on but it is important to make sure you are okay as well, mentally. if you ever need help please reach out, helping and talking to people is a great solution. stay safe & well :)
