4 ways to become a better learner

In this thread, I will share some techniques which helped me during the last few years at university.

These methods can be implemented by anyone, at any time!

Be it university or self-education.

Let's dive into it! 👇
1. Stop multitasking

It only makes learning less efficient.

It also causes memory loss.

Turn off all the disruptive devices.

Concentrate on what you are learning for a certain period of time or until you are done.

2. Write down your notes

This is a way to stimulate your brain and bring more clarity to what you are learning.

It helps you concentrate and direct your full attention to the information you are getting.

Only pen and paper come into play!

3. Teach what you have learned

Hands down, it's the best way to master something.

This process helps organize information in our minds better.

Share your newly learned knowledge with others.

Do it until it flows naturally and becomes part of you.

4. Surround yourself with learners

The people we surround ourselves with can greatly affect us - both positively and negatively.

Stick around positive people, who are motivated and passionate about improving themselves.
