AFTER NYSC, WHAT NEXT???

Y’all agree with me that if #NYSC must continue, then it should be aimed at solving the main challenge leveling on the youths which is ”unemployment”, not trying to settle tribal scores.......

#thread!!!!!!!!
Immediately the student finish their last paper in the university, they tend to become more pressurized ”now we can't collect money from Dad and Mom anyhow 💔”, they start thinking of how to survive! Many of them might be wise enough to quickly acquire a skill before NYSC mobili
Mobilization, some of them myt resort to doing internet scams (Yahooyahoo) and all sorts of illegal businesses, the laides ain't left out some of them do stuff to get money, they need to buy data and maintain the expensive lifestyle they were already threading while on campus😹🤷
Broke big boys and girls LOL, Let's move on! NYSC mobilization begins and now they are happy, because they get to meet different set of people entirely, experience different culture and have different experience, many are even happy because now they will finally leave their
Parents’ home, they want to stop doing the dishes 🤔... It's a happy time for the newly mobilized corper generally, but is it going to help them forge ahead in their life race?
NYSC mobilizes and takes the Corper from Lagos to Kaduna for eg’, we can not say it's bad anyway, but what is bad is that most of these guys still crawl back to their parents’ houses reluctantly after the one year helplessly, USED AND DUMP?🤔, it's not their fault, but they got
No Choice! Don't let us forget some of these people already had a skill or two during their 4 years program in the University or polytechnic, some were learning before they got mobilized, but NYSC felt it wasn't necessary that they empower them rather make them become employable
Compulsorily instead of making them enterprising, no p now😃 they have because employable with the experiences they have gathered in the place you posted them, now they are done, are you going to automatically provide a job for them? Can the country provide for all of them?
Here is my point, NYSC could make this a two-way thing, we all can't be employees and all of us can’t be business owners, but why can’t the NYSC widen their options and recognize that some people need to be trained to be enterprising rather than forcing them to be employable
When mobilizing people for the compulsory NYSC program, why some people will be posted to work in firms as interns why can’t the NYSC give out grants or zero-interest loan to some that have skills and willing to start a business, then place them on a payment plan of one year with
Close monitoring, you get the money back completely and give it to the next batch that would be mobilized too, all the machines and experience gathered by that youth will be his forever and that simply means he would not have to be helpless and confused after the scheme, he has
Overcome poverty for life!

Yes, if he or she wishes to do this business in another state or if he/she wishes to establish in the state he/she is, as at the time of mobilization, please bear with him/her. Make NYSC for us, not us for NYSC please.
The Nigerian youths needs to be empowered please, don't let our generation be another emblem of poverty, if truly we the leaders of tomorrow, give us the means to make money first, then we can be able to think about taking the mantle of power, don't let us die of depression and
Confusion. Guys please continue retweeting this and tag the appropriate bodies... Let's make this happen.

MAKE NYSC WORK FOR US, NOT US WORKING FOR THE NYSC 😞😞
