This is clearly just racism. So many blacks are killed for nothing, a few white people being attacked and a few businesses being burnt doesnt suddenly make ‘rioters’ animals and police who kill blacks just.

Not very dumb, not sure if im correct on this one completely.
But if the government is losing large amounts of money from riots, burning and such. There will be reform. Of course there will be damage to communities, but in the end, riots would work.
