Dear @GOtvNg, you were right to disconnect my account when my subscription ended. However, it is wrong for me to:

1. Renew my subscription and nothing has changed.

2. Call your customer care number and not get through.

3. Use the channels you recommend for solving
problems and they are not working.

The response to this might be, "...Please, send us a DM."

It is also wrong for me to have sent a DM and not gotten any response.

So, regarding payment, the fault wasn't yours.
