There’s always pushback from everyone invested in the system when it becomes clear Black people are organized or organizing lol

I’m not afraid to embrace my experience & my identity as a Black person, as a Black woman specifically, above a system that’s organized around enslaving me on every level of human expression. It’s not just about one police officer. This is the system. The rest is a lie.

The system polices & exploits our bodies everyday, then polices & exploits our anger & grief in response to being denied humanity. If you’re more uncomfortable when there’s rebellion than when there’s not, it’s b/c you’re financially or emotionally invested n the murderous system
