Visits to long term care facilities and large-scale sporting events are still prohibited.
Gov. Little "Our battle with COVID-19 is far from over."
Dr. Hahn says that the recent spike in cases are being monitored but are most likely due to increase in testing capacities. She also notes that the number of people being hospitalized with COVID-19 is trending downwards.
Dr. Hahn says that Idaho hospitals are still working well below their capacity.
Gov. Little on reopening movie theaters: I'd rather open things a little early then delay them further.
Gov. Little jokes that he was sad to see that mosh pits are still not allowed under Stage 3.
Nightclubs are not bars. The difference, Gov. Little says, is "transmissibility" and depends on distance ensured between patrons.
If they have dancing, "higher concentrations" of patrons, they are still in stage 4.
Who is paying for additional testing? It depends, Gov. Little says. Sometimes its medicare, sometimes its employers, sometimes its hospitals.
Gov. Little: Yes, customers should be wearing a mask when they enter a grocery store.
"You're being respectful" when you wear a mask in public, Gov. Little says.
. @davlinnews asks if there is any state plan to get the state's totals matched up with what the individual health districts are reporting. Gov. Little says that the overall validity of the results is what matters most, more than the day to day numbers changing.
