The KKK would literally burn down black churches but y’all are mad about Target.
Some of you are missing the point of this tweet.

You’re reading it at surface level. The point isn’t about one being right, both being right or looting and arson being okay.
People are quicker to bring awareness to the looting that has taken place in response to the senseless killing of an unarmed black man than they are to the murder and history of oppression that led to such a reaction.
You cannot enslave black people, burn down black churches and homes, hang black people, set black people on fire, and kill unarmed black people and then have the nerve to want to address the backlash.

When you’re backed into a corner, it is natural instinct to attack.
When you look through history, white people have committed so many evil, detestable and inhumane things to the black community. It is preposterous to have the audacity to confront the victim about their reaction when you’ve completely ignored the oppression that caused it.
Don’t dare come for black people’s reactions when you’ve yet to address our oppressors’ actions and hold them accountable.
