It's so interesting that people see Christianity as a Western religion, like it clearly shows just how appropriated it has been because geographically it's ALL from the middle east/Africa...
This also applies to countries that were colonised/oppressed/controlled with this version of Christianity. Like 'Nigerian' Christianity is British.

Also the concept of 'Eastern religions' as well... like if a lot of Christianity et. al came from Judaism, the Jews were out in Persia et. al for ages... closer to India/China that England and 'America' (which didn't even exist back then because it was pre-Native genocide)
so there's all that. spirituality is so far reaching... God is so far reaching. feel free to reject white-washed versions of faith but next, ask smart questions
