THREAD: I have seen activism for #GeorgeFloyd on my timeline today. At first I responded by liking tweets and supporting in solidarity, but from so many people’s voices, I have realized that silent support is no good, I must use my privilege to actively support #BlackLivesMatter

As a privileged person, I am able to use whatever voice/platform that I have to fight this embedded within our system.

I am dedicating my entire day (and more) to joining, researching, learning, sharing, and doing what I can to support #BLM movements.

I may not have the biggest social media following, but It is damaging if I continue to do nothing.
