chromatica interlude was cute and blend right into Alice

Alice: very dancey, a bop. production is very very similar to artpop songs (lowkey reminds me of swine) i'm not very into lyrics, the theme is ok but the writing is very weak. also it was lowkey a little bit monotonish. n e ways moving on

SL: well, i'm not the biggest fan of it. it sounds good on the tracklist. it's still a bop but very dated like it reminds me of dancing on my own, production is somewhere between Born This Way and Artpop. the lyrics are better than Alice but in gaga's discography, n e ways

ROM: i already liked it when it released but it sounds even better in the tracklist. everybody liked Ari's voice more on this but i like Gaga more, her bold voice really fits the 90s house. still like the combination of their voices tho. lyrics not the best, not the worst either

Free Woman: sounds so very aged. also not a fan of the lyrics, the writing is soooo weak. this could've been executed better in every single way.

Fun Tonight: this is one of the better-written tracks on the album. also i can concider it as more of a chill track concidering the tracks before. she's serving vocals so i'm also a fan of that. i really like the melody but the production lowkey basic. i like this one

Chromatica II - a little break to uptempos. the strings are very good and it blends to 911 so well.

911 - the production is bold on this one i really liked it. i'm not a fan of her singing and the effects in this song it's such a turn off. the lyrics on verses are good but the lyrics on chorus and pre-chorus very very basic.

Plastic Doll - nothing special about the lyrics or the production. just a filler in my opinion

Sour Candy - the production is really good, and blackpink really snapped. my problem is, this song is soo short and idk, something about this bothers me. i wanted to hear a change/switch up or maybe a bridge idk. this still one of the better songs.

Enigma - her voice reminds me of BTW era. production is interesting i guess. the lyrics still very weak but still not the weakest on the album

Replay - ok one of my faves so far. interesting production, her voice is good, the lyrics are also ok. literally i wanted to replay the song a few times more. i really like the chorus PERIOD

Sine From Above - i'm not a fan of gaga's spelling on the chorus. ok this is also one of my faves so far. everything is okay. this is one of my claimed tracks so i'm happy.

1000 Doves - i don't like the transition from the previous track, it doesn't blend well. i like the lyrics overall but the post chorus is awful. still not the worst track but i don't have anything nice to say i'm moving on

Babylon - sounds like literally every other 90s house song, so there's nothing special about the production but it's one of the best produced tracks. i hAte the post chorus 'Ba-Ba-Babylon' part. also the song is soooooooo short omg.

i have a love-hate relationship with babylon, there are some aspects that i like the most on the album but then pre-chorus ruined the song for me. also it's so short that it feels unfinished. so idk about this song it feels like a missed oppurtinity

thoughts: i don't like the lyricism on this album. her weakest lyrics in her discography. most of the tracks felt so short. also listened to 13 tracks (16 if we count interludes) and i barely can remember 6-7 of them, most of the album is pretty much forgettable

she wanted the songs to be anthemic like BTW with a production mix of Artpop and a little bit of 90s. but the album isn't as good as either.

i'd give this album 70(+5/-5 it can be change after a few listens)/100
top 5 on first listen: Replay, Sine From Above, Sour Candy, Rain On Me, Stupid Love
Probably Growers: Fun Tonight, Enigma, Babylon
