tdbk makes me wanna roll around on the floor i'm so fucking crazy for them, there's something about how they look together and how they try so hard to put up walls & keep people out... how their tempers flare... how they both prefer to sit in silence away from the crowd...

Like they would understand each other on this baseline level even though katsuki is mister 'i take pride in being impossible' and shouto is mister 'no one gets me, no one ever will' but it doesn't matter, they just Fit. it isn't even hard to do, to fall in step with each other

and I love them both being so stubborn that it takes months and months for the realization to hit them, like katsuki is in bed at 8pm opening his text messages to look for when he stops and thinks, "Oh." and it takes him 3 hours to fall asleep and when he does it's restless

shouto realizes it when they're sparring one day, which is always this angry-competitive thing, but he didn't notice until now how winning and losing had fallen by the wayside to the simple fact of bakugo. fighting bakugo. giving bakugo bruises. taking bakugo's hits. Oh.

I love them so much I can't believe..... I could imagine their slow build for the next 10,000 years and never get sick of it
