YOU (my fellow white folks) ignore your families blatant racism because “it’s just how they were raised”
YOU hold your purse tighter when a black man passes you on the street
YOU benefit from black culture without standing up for black people, YOU refuse to accept that your privileged just by the color of your skin, & refuse to accept that being a person a person of color in America is deadly.
