The title used by @Reuters' @PHREUTERS back in February portrays a very positive image of Ghalibaf.

Khamenei is gearing his regime for further domestic crackdown & warmongering abroad, especially as crises inside the country are escalating & the population is growing all the more restive with each passing day.
