Eric's Differential Watchlist
Fantasy Bundesliga, MD29

A list of transfer targets for MD29 with less than 10% ownership from clubs not named Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, or RB Leipzig. #FBL #FantasyBL #BLFantasy #FantasyBundesliga
A quick warning: This week will be unpredictable. There will be lots of rotation and unusual results. Load up on reliable starters from Bayern or BVB, if possible. But if you are looking for other options to fill out your team, here are a few players that stand out to me...
FORWARD #1
Cunha (BSC, 9.3m, 2%)

By now Cunha has grabbed the attention of most fantasy managers. The man can run for days! He's got 2 goals in his last 3 games and should grab another against an Augsburg defense that has conceded the 4th most goals in the league.
FORWARD #2
Thuram (BMG, 14.3m, 6%)

Werder Bremen managed to shut him down in MD28, an anomoly in view of his season record (8 goals and 8 assists). Expect him to bounce back against Union Berlin in MD29.
FORWARD #3
Weghorst (WOB, 17.1m, 4%)

Admittedly not in the best form, but he could very well break is goal-scoring drought against a leaky Frankfurt defense that has allowed 11 goals in their last 3 games. Weghorst also scored in his previous meeting against Frankfurt.
FORWARD #4
Volland (B04, 17.9m, 2%)

Before the break Volland had 9 goals and 7 assists in 22 games, averaging 9.8 ppg. He has returned to full training and may start this weekend, and what a game it is! Freiburg allowed 34 shots in their previous game. If he plays he could haul.
MIDFIELDER #1
Arnold (WOB, 15.7m, 3%)

If he managed to score a goal and 2 assists against a decent Leverkusen defense, imagine what he could do against Frankfurt! Wolfsburg also have a good run of fixtures, facing Werder Bremen and Freiburg in the following MD's.
MIDFIELDER #2
Baumgartner (TSG, 8.4m, 1%)

He achieved legend status on Wednesday, collecting 2 goals and an assist for 27 fantasy points. Baumgartner has scored 47 points between MD26-28, a reliable source of points whether or not he scores. Did I mention he faces Mainz next?
MIDFIELDER #3
Neuhaus (BMG, 13.2m, 1%)

M'gladbach took only 9 shots against Werder Bremen, but Neuhaus had 6 of them. He gets a similar matchup this weekend against Union Berlin. If his teammates offer some support, he could bring in an attacking return or two.
MIDFIELDER #4
Kamada (SGE, 6.9m, 2%)

In a wild game, Kamada registered 20 fantasy points, 6 shots (5 OT) and a goal, and he should have had more! He doesn't have the best matchup against Wolfsburg this weekend, but if you're a believer in form-over-fixtures, he might be for you.
DEFENDER #1
Weiser (B04, 9m, 1%)

Leverkusen's defense was poor against Wolfsburg, but they face a Freiburg side that only managed 5 shots on target against a leaky Frankfurt defense. The wingback provides some attacking threat and appears to be holding on to his starting role.
DEFENDER #2
Lainer (BMG, 11.1m, 4%)

Many will hope for Bensebaini's potential return to the starting XI. But if you want a safe option go for the right-back Lainer. M'gladbach will look to keep a CS against a Union Berlin side that have scored only 1 goal in their last 3 games.
DEFENDER #3
Mittelstädt (BSC, 7.4m, 2%)

Plattenhardt left in the 11' due to a head injury. Mittelstädt filled in well, was *very* far forward linking up with Hertha's playmakers Cunha and Ibisevic. He had 1 shot and 2 key passes. Check injury news before you make the transfer.
DEFENDER #4
Friedl (SVW, 3.8m, 1%)

A decent budget option for those looking for a sneaky CS. Werder Bremen have kept 2 CS in a row and face a Schalke team that have only managed 1 goal in their last 3 games. Friedl gets forward on the attack and is on corners.
