i had an anxiety attack five years ago and i still get anxious sometimes so to make sure it doesn’t get to that but this is what helps me:
what helps me with my anxiety is literally tightening every part of my body. curl your toes. put your hands into fists and yes squeeze your butt. once u do that take a deep breath and hold it in for five seconds and close your eyes. then the let the air out.
