To make things equal and fair, I offer the same to all US citizens, $50,000 for renouncing citizenship and emigrating to a country that will accept them
I also offer plea deals and commuted sentences (but with less reparation money) for renouncing citizenship and emigrating
I’d also end ALL foreign aid to pay for this. Give countries incentive to compete for and accept these $50,000 emigrants.

Ghana has some very inexpensive real estate. Imagine, an entire family, children, parents, grand parents, great grandparents, $50,000 per person, and how much property they could outright own
