Hello @fccpcnigeria I have a complain against @Fouani_Nig. I bought an LG TV 55” smart TV, from their plot 1782 Ademola Adetokunbo Abuja outlet on 25th March 2019. It was supposed to have a 2 year warranty, unfortunately I discovered that the smart features aren’t working.
I didn’t observe this for a while because it was my bedroom tv and I usually use the one in my living room more. During the recent lockdown when I observed that the smart features don’t work, I called them and they asked me to reach them after the lockdown. Which was ok by me.
After the back & forth, I was told to take the TV to their Idu service center, tedious as it were, I did. Unfortunately the TV was returned today and I realized they did NOTHING. I called the service center, unfortunately they were not just rude, they were downright disrespectful
I am no longer going to carry a 55” TV back and forth again, I need arbitration as it is obvious that @Fouani_Nig thinks since they have made a sale, they are no longer responsibile. Their sense of irresponsiblity is why I am making this call. Kindly intervene. Cc @TundeIrukera
