BTW it's legal for you to own tear gas as a private citizen in Minnesota.

Just putting that out there.
Also, the way to treat yourself if you've been hit with tear gas is a baking soda and water solution (three teaspoons per 8.5 ounces of water). Spray it onto the affected areas.
This reminds me, if you're going somewhere it's likely for you to get tear gassed DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES.

The gas can get in-between your eye & the lens and that's much harder to treat that if it just hits your eye as you'd have to try and get the contact out whilst crying
Ideally wear goggles and something to cover your mouth if you're going out. If you have lab or engineering goggles, great. Use them. Cover your skin as much as possible.

If you have to use corrective lenses, take glasses.
